Have you heard about Padel? This sport is a mix between Tennis and Squash. It is definitely the best option to get rid of the stress after a long day at work!
Padel is usually played in doubles on an enclosed court surrounded by walls of glass and metallic mash, using Padel rackets.
The rules are not difficult to understand and it is very fun to get started with your friends or partner.

The Padelae facilities are fully equipped to enjoy a padel session, however booking is required as it can get quite crowded.

You can book the court for 60 minutes for AED300 or 90 minutes AED450.

You do not need anything apart from rackets and balls, which can be rented (AED30 per racket).

This is a perfect activity for the summer months in Dubai when it is hard to find sport activities which are indoor.
